Asteroid Candidates

When using this form:

The data you enter will be stored in the HOU Asteroid search database under a candidate ID number. You should record this candidate ID number so that you can use it for futher submissions to correct your data or add to it.
Only include data for one asteroid candidate per form. You may enter multiple sightings of the same candidate in various images, but not different asteroids.

If you are adding data for an existing candidate, enter the four digit candidate ID number :

Enter the number of data entries you are submitting for this candidate(up to nine). If this is entered incorrectly you may lose data.
